Food Airway is a food delivery platform for customers, restaurants, delivery partners, and business users. 2. Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as name, phone number, email address, profile photo or avatar, login method, and account status.
For food orders, we may collect restaurant selection, cart items, item variants, delivery address, delivery instructions, payment method, order status, invoice details, ratings, reviews, and support requests.
For restaurants and delivery partners, we may collect business details, branch details, owner or manager contact details, document details, vehicle details, payout details, availability status, and operational records needed to run the service.
3. Location Information
Food Airway uses location information to show restaurants that can deliver to your area, calculate delivery availability, estimate delivery time, support address selection, assign orders to delivery partners, and provide live order tracking when applicable.
You may choose a delivery address manually where supported. Some location-based features may not work correctly without location or address information.
4. Device, App, and Technical Information
We may collect device and app information such as device type, operating system, app version, build number, push notification token, IP address, logs, crash information, and basic analytics required for app security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Push notification tokens are used to send order updates, delivery alerts, account updates, and important service notifications.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, process orders, calculate fees, coordinate restaurant preparation, assign delivery partners, process payments, generate invoices, provide customer support, send notifications, improve service reliability, and prevent misuse or fraud.
We may also use aggregated or non-personal information to understand demand, improve delivery operations, plan service areas, and improve platform features.
6. Payments and Financial Data
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Food Airway does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials unless required by law or provided through a secure payment partner.
We may store transaction references, payment status, refund status, invoice records, delivery earnings, wallet entries, and payout records for accounting, support, compliance, and dispute resolution.
7. Sharing of Information
We share only the information needed to operate the service. Restaurants may receive order and customer delivery information required to prepare and hand over orders. Delivery partners may receive pickup and delivery details required to complete assigned deliveries.
We may share information with service providers for hosting, payments, maps, SMS, email, push notifications, analytics, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. These providers are expected to use information only for the services they provide to Food Airway.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, misuse, loss, or alteration. These measures may include access controls, HTTPS, authentication tokens, encrypted secrets, backups, and restricted admin access.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their account access, OTPs, passwords, and devices.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, complete orders, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce platform policies.
Some order, invoice, transaction, payout, and compliance records may be retained even after account deletion where required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You may update certain account details in the app or by contacting Food Airway. You may request account deletion or correction of personal information by contacting us.
You can manage device permissions such as location, notifications, and photo access from your device settings. Turning off permissions may limit some platform features.

Food Airway is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online food ordering services independently. If we learn that a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, we will take steps to remove or restrict that information as required.
