Customers must provide accurate contact details, delivery address, payment information, and order instructions. Food Airway is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
Restaurants are responsible for food preparation, menu accuracy, pricing, quality, hygiene, packaging, food licences, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
Delivery partners must provide correct documents, follow delivery instructions, maintain professional behaviour, and complete assigned orders responsibly and safely.
Food prices, delivery fees, platform fees, taxes, discounts, and subscription benefits may vary based on restaurant, location, distance, order value, and active offers.
Food Airway may offer subscription plans for customers, restaurants, and delivery partners. Plan benefits, pricing, validity, limits, and renewal terms may change from time to time.
Payments may be collected online or through supported payment methods. Refunds, if applicable, will depend on order status, cancellation reason, restaurant confirmation, and platform policy.
Orders may be cancelled only as per the cancellation rules shown on the platform. Once food preparation has started, cancellation or refund may not be available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by restaurant preparation time, traffic, weather, distance, rider availability, technical issues, or other unavoidable conditions.
Users must not misuse the platform, submit false information, abuse staff or partners, attempt fraud, interfere with app operations, or violate applicable laws.
Food Airway may suspend or restrict any customer, restaurant, or delivery partner account for fraud, misuse, repeated complaints, policy violations, or legal concerns.
Food Airway will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services, but it will not be liable for indirect losses, restaurant-side issues, user mistakes, service interruptions, or events beyond control.
Food Airway may update these Terms and Conditions when required. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
